The Interpretive Guide course is designed for individuals who regularly lead interpretive programs and would like to learn more about the fundamental principles of interpretation and gain invaluable insights to enhance their interpretive practice. Our comprehensive course is designed to elevate your skills in interpersonal interpretation within the heritage field. Through a blend of theoretical concepts and practical applications, this course equips participants with the tools and techniques needed to excel in engaging with diverse audiences. From understanding communication dynamics to effectively interpreting messages, mastering these skills is essential for effective interaction During the course, participants learn how to develop and deliver purposeful, enjoyable, relevant, organized, and thematic programs and leave ready to facilitate meaningful experiences that inspire engagement with the world around us. To complete the requirements of this course: - Prepare and pass the CIG outline for a 10-minute thematic presentation on a topic of your choice. - Deliver and pass the 10-minute presentation based on the outline, incorporating P.O.E.T.R.Y into your delivery.
