About the event
Values-based Interpretive Conversations.
What's the one visitor interaction you still think about?
This roundtable invites interpretive trainers to explore how values-based dialogue can deepen engagement, foster trust, and hold space for complexity. Together, we’ll share practices for creating inclusive, emotionally resonant conversations rooted in the FAIR framework.
When we identify shared values, we create space for connection, build common ground, and open the door to dialogue.
We will explore how values-based conversations can support trust and connection in interpretive work. You'll hear stories, try out the FAIR Framework, and leave with practical ways to navigate complexity with more confidence and care. Whether you are in a museum, zoo, park, or cultural site, a values-based approach meets your audience where they are, while reflecting your purpose and perspective.
This round table discussion will be led by Monique Thompson of Raindrop Naturalist and the Message Mindset trainer panel.
